• This is a 3-day-2-night immersive Parent-Child Forest Challenge Camp.
• Activities include: Parent-child missions, team collaboration, outdoor exploration, and parenting workshops.
• The package includes: Full accommodation, meals, programs, facilitators, insurance, challenge kits, T-shirts, and more.
• Parents must be physically fit and mentally prepared to participate actively.
• The program involves emotional tasks and communication challenges. Please assess if this is suitable for your family.
• Program language: Mandarin.
• This camp is suitable for children aged 5–10 years old accompanied by parents.
• Children under 5: Participation depends on developmental readiness. Please contact us for evaluation.
• Children above 11: Not allowed to join challenge tasks. May stay as a companion with additional fees. If they wish to join, contact us for special arrangement.
• Unaccompanied children are not allowed. Each child must be accompanied by at least one parent.
• Parents are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety.
Standard package includes:
• 2 Adults + 1 Child (2A1C), or
• 1 Adult + 1 Child (1A1C)
Extra adults or children are allowed with additional fees. Each family unit may include up to 5 members maximum.
• Participants who cannot attend due to personal reasons may refer to our refund or participant transfer policy.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule or convert your package to other programs of equal value.
• Cash refunds will not be provided.

4. A detailed [Camp Entry Guide] will be sent 2 weeks before the event
• Before 15 January 2026: 30% of registration fees can be refunded
• From 16 January 2026 onward: No refunds allowed
• No full refund under any circumstances; only partial refund or transfer is allowed
• Participant replacement (e.g. family/friends attending instead) must be informed and approved by 16 March 2026 (5 days before camp)
• All media taken during camp may be used for: Brand marketing, educational outreach, and recap content (excluding private/sensitive information)
• If your child has any of the following: Developmental delays, autism traits, attention issues, emotional regulation challenges — please inform us prior to registration for evaluation.
• We will assess suitability or advise a more appropriate program.
Does the package include transport?
● No. Parents are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the campsite.
What does the camp include?
● Parenting workshops, kids’ challenge activities, parent-child tasks, and free play sessions.
Will photos/videos be taken?
● Yes. A media team will record the overall event, but individual families are not guaranteed to be featured.
How many meals are provided? What kind of food?
● 6 meals – 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners. Menus are child- and adult-friendly, arranged on-site. Vegetarian meals available with advance notice.

What facilities are available?
● Water play area, archery range, karaoke setup, fishing pond (fishing is chargeable)
What if it rains?
● The campsite has shade shelters. Activities will proceed under shelter depending on weather conditions.
Are there power outlets? Can we charge phones?
● Limited outlets in shared areas only. Please bring your own power bank.
Is there Wi-Fi?
● No Wi-Fi. However, all major mobile networks are available at the campsite.
Laundry facilities?
● No. Please prepare extra clothes in advance.
Is drinking water provided?
● No water dispenser. A kettle will be provided to boil water on-site.
Insect protection?
● No insect repellent sprayed. Please bring your own mosquito patches/spray.
Is the campsite licensed? Is it safe?
A: Malaysia does not require a license for such campsites.
This campsite has been in operation for over 10 years, built on solid leveled ground.
Located in Bukit Tinggi, it is not in a flood-prone or landslide area.

What if my child falls sick or gets injured?
● Our team is trained in basic first aid. In case of emergencies, we will assist in sending participants to nearby 24-hour clinics (Gombak, Bentong, Genting Highlands).
Is insurance included?
● Yes. All participants are covered by basic personal accident insurance (within camp activity scope).
Is there night patrol or security?
● 24-hour security is provided. Only registered participants are allowed in. No visitors or day-trippers.
Is there an emergency contact or crisis plan?
● You can reach the organizing team or onsite staff any time during the camp.
Can we bring our own food?
● Yes, but pork is strictly prohibited.
Can I bring a hairdryer?
● Not recommended. No power outlets in tents.
Do we need to bring our own tent?
● No. Tents will be pre-set by the organizer.
